Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the sales team to exceed targets in both new and used car sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in a main dealer environment.
• Strong track record in new and/or used car sales.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Commercially astute with a customer-first mindset.
• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
