OverviewRole: VP of Sales - CareCompany: Sulaiman Alqudaibi Co. For GRP & Plastic Products (portfolio: OneAdvanced).We are looking for a dynamic, commercially driven Vice President of Sales to lead and scale our Care vertical at OneAdvanced; this is a high-potential market with a clear growth path.What You Will DoLead and scale the Care vertical: own and deliver the commercial growth plan aligned to OneAdvanced strategy.Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy across customer segments and product lines, from net new acquisition to expansion and retention.Engage in market development to position OneAdvanced in the care ecosystem and influence key stakeholders.Lead the development and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) programs to support revenue goals.Cross-functional Leadership: operate as the vertical GM, orchestrating product strategy, marketing, sales execution, partnerships, and customer success within the care domain.Drive alignment across functions to meet financial goals and customer outcomes.Influence product roadmap for Care, providing market insight to technology innovation including agentic AI and platform thinking.Build and empower a high-performing team: lead, grow, and inspire a team of ~10 with plans to scale headcount as growth requires.Establish a strong performance culture based on accountability and continuous improvement.Provide mentorship and leadership for talent development and engagement.Drive inorganic growth (M&A): collaborate with Corporate Development to identify, assess, and integrate suitable opportunities in the Care space.Bring market insight and relationships to due diligence and post-deal strategy.What Youll Need to SucceedDeep sector expertise in the UK Care market (residential, social, or domiciliary), ideally within a software or SaaS business.Proven commercial leader with a track record of growth in complex, regulated, or fragmented markets.Experience owning or influencing a P&L and strong GTM, sales, and marketing leadership in a vertical model.Ability to scale SaaS propositions in vertical markets, including pipeline development, ABM, and customer success.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build from solid foundations and act with urgency.Experience leading and scaling multi-disciplinary teams with cross-functional collaboration.Strategic thinker with action bias, strong problem-solving, and commercial acumen.Strong network in the Care ecosystem is advantageous.Success In 612 Months Looks LikeAchieving in-year financial targets and advancing toward the £30-50M revenue ambition.Establishing an effective ABM strategy and building a scalable pipeline.Aligning internal teams behind a clear Care sector vision and strategy.Becoming a trusted go-to leader and subject matter expert in the sector.Introducing energy, ideas, and momentum to scale in Care.What We Do For YouWellbeing focusedAnnual Leave: 26 days plus public holidays; option to buy additional days.Employee Assistance Programme: Free confidential counselling and support 24/7.Personal GrowthDevelopment Programmes from Future Managers to Leadership Training.Performance Bonus through the Group-wide scheme.Financial wellbeingPension Scheme with 5% company match via Scottish Widows.Income protection insurance.RecognitionPerformance & Talent platform for real-time feedback, conversations, and goals.Making a DifferenceMatchIt!
