Job Title: Area Manager Wholesale – North Europe, Middle East & APAC
Overview: Victoria Beckham is recruiting a highly driven and strategic Area Manager Wholesale to lead and grow our wholesale business across North Europe (including the UK), the Middle East and APAC. This role requires strong commercial acumen, operational excellence and a proven track record in international business development. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, department store partnerships, and franchise operations in selected markets, while identifying new opportunities for brand elevation and profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Strategy & Market Development • Own and drive the wholesale strategy and budget across assigned regions. • Identify growth opportunities and define tailored market strategies by region (department stores, franchises, concept stores, distributors, etc.). • Lead seasonal sales forecasts, budgets and business reviews with each partner. • Monitor sell-through performance and take corrective actions to optimize sell-out.
