Job Title – Area Sales Manager

Location – North West

Salary – £45k - £55k basic + Bonus OTE £70k+

Package - Hybrid Car + Bonus + Pension

This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and commercially driven Area Sales Manager to join a high performing sales team, which supports three leading product divisions within the company portfolio. The company supply a wide range of plant hire, telehandlers, power generation and lifting equipment across the UK. They are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast paced, cross-sector environment.

Role

• You will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio accounts.
• Promote complementary solutions across all three product divisions.
• Identifying and creating new business opportunities
• Deliver revenue targets and strategic growth plans.
• Conduct site visits and deliver technical consultations
• Reporting into the Sales Director.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in construction hire, plant equipment or power generation.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage complex client relationships.
• Comfortable working independently and across multiple business units.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
• Target-driven with a track record of sales results and exceeding revenue goals
• Enjoy a role with variety, autonomy, and impact
• Full product training will be given as well as continuous support.
