£80,000 - £90,000 + bonus + benefits


This is a newly created CSM role at a fast-growing FX tech business with an institutional client base across both the buy- and sell-side.


This role is the key link between the product and the people using it. The firm’s platforms are already well established in the eFX space – this role is to make sure clients are onboarded, supported, and consistently getting value. That includes managing the day-to-day account management whilst looking for upsell opportunities, and keeping the right stakeholders engaged.


Ideal background:

  • 3–5 years in a CSM, account management, or relationship role within institutional FX
  • Hands-on experience with electronic trading workflows - exposure to FIX and similar protocols is a plus
  • Comfortable working with asset managers, hedge funds, banks and brokers
  • Clear, confident communicator who can build trust at every level, including C-suite
  • Highly organised and detail-focused - you’ll be managing multiple client needs at once
  • Proactive mindset - you spot opportunities, solve problems early, and know how to drive value for clients
