What You’ll Do

  • Drive Customer Success & Growth
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion.
  • Lead Customer Programs
  • Plan and coordinate initiatives to ensure customers get maximum value from the platform. Champion adoption and engagement across user teams.
  • Own Projects & Renewals
  • Support pilots, renewals, and expansion projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Collaborate Across Teams
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning customer goals with internal teams including Delivery, Product, and Sales.
  • Stay Engaged & Aligned
  • Host regular check-ins and strategic meetings, including on-site visits and quarterly reviews, to deepen partnerships and maintain alignment.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Fluent German (written and spoken) – essential.
  • Strong multitasking, project execution, and time management skills.
  • A proactive, empathetic, customer-first mindset.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment – preferred but not essential.
