The Opportunity:

Join as the 2nd Customer Success Manager and help the business build a best-in-class Customer Journey!


Reporting into the Head of Customer Success, you’ll focus on driving usage, advocacy and adoption across your book of c.50 client accounts.


The targets here are usage, product adoption and customer satisfaction. You’ll be in charge of driving the total post sales experience from onboarding, training, through to renewal!


Critically, as an early CSM hire, you’ll have the chance to bring ideas, best practice and really be part of building this function!


The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS Customer Success role, fully owning a book of clients.
  • Previous experience with a multi-product solution where not every client may be using all, or the same products in the platform offering.
  • Experience working within a smaller, scaling SaaS business.
  • A self-motivated person that can work autonomously but also likes contributing to group ideas and solutions.
  • Someone that is keen to share ideas that could drive improvements and create new ways of thinking.
  • Prior experience in the Health-Tech or Med-Tech space, especially the Dentistry space.
  • Experience managing large group / organisation clients.


The Package:

  • A base salary up to £45k.
  • 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Hybrid working, 3 days a week in a fantastic, central London office (Dogs allowed and drinks readily available!)
