Role Overview We are looking for a driven and dynamic eFX Sales professional to join our London team and expand our presence across EMEA. This is a pure hunter role—ideal for someone with 4-7 years of experience in institutional FX sales or electronic trading, with a strong desire to win. Key Responsibilities Proactively originate and close new business opportunities with Banks, Brokers, Hedge Funds, and Asset Managers across EMEA and AMS Drive new client acquisition with a strong focus on Emerging Market currency participants Build and maintain a solid pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market intelligence Manage the full sales lifecycle – from lead generation to onboarding and activation Collaborate with product, liquidity, and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery Travel extensively for client meetings, events, and regional coverage
Requirements 4–7 years of experience in FX/eFX sales, preferably with ECNs, prime brokers, or trading platforms Strong institutional network across the FX ecosystem (especially EM participants) High energy, self-driven, goal-oriented mindset – must be comfortable in a performance-based environment Sound understanding of FX market structure, liquidity dynamics, and trading technology Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Open to frequent travel within the region
