How You’ll Make an Impact
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director with strong experience in the digital marketing industry. Working with the London Epsilon team you will have an enviable array of cutting‑edge digital solutions to win clients. This is a quota‑carrying role where your success will be based on closing business. You’ll report to the Senior Vice President of Business Development and work closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders and external customers. The role is hybrid, based in London (2–3 days per week in office).
What You’ll Achieve
- Deliver annual revenue numbers by closing new contracts for Epsilon with direct clients outside of Publicis Groupe, selling Digital Media & Onsite Optimization solutions to enterprise‑level accounts.
- Maintain a strong consultative selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and closing business.
- Generate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signature.
- Demonstrate previous experience selling a complex, multifaceted platform to mid‑market and enterprise‑level customers.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development to align sales strategies with the overall business strategy.
Who You Are
- 5–7+ years of solutions‑based sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Robust book of contacts and network of customers across multiple verticals (e.g., retail, travel, finance, automotive, FMCG).
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales processes and engage senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform sales strategies.
