Position Summary

We are seeking a European Sales Executive with strong customer service experience to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Manage leads generated by inbound marketing
  • Proactively generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Identify new customers and grow existing accounts
  • Manage pricing discussions and negotiations
  • Respond to machinery and equipment inquiries
  • Follow up with potential customers to close sales
  • Oversee sales transactions, including invoicing and after-sales service
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Logistics, and Project Management)
  • Occasionally attend industry exhibitions and trade shows across Europe

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry (preferred)
  • Competitive, confident, and results-driven mindset
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, working with global colleagues
  • Excellent telephone manner and the ability to engage with professionals at all levels (from Engineers to CEOs)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, or account management
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and connect with key contacts

Compensation & Benefits

  • Permanent full-time position
  • £32,000–£38,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + performance-related bonus
  • 30 days paid holiday allowance, increasing up to 38 days over time
  • 5% employer contribution to workplace pension
  • Paid sick leave
  • Monday to Friday schedule with flexible working hours
  • Home-based role (remote), with an office located in Bridgend
