Head of Sales — Financial Services (EMEA)


A global B2B SaaS vendor in the sales enablement space is hiring a Head of Sales to lead Enterprise new-logo and expansion growth across EMEA financial services (banks, asset/wealth managers, insurers, FinTech).


Key responsibilities

  • Own EMEA new business and expansion targets; deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team; build a culture of accountability and urgency.
  • Support full-cycle deals (exec engagement, presentations, proposals, negotiation, close).
  • Partner cross-functionally (Product, Enablement/Training, Customer Success) to improve win rates and onboarding.
  • Maintain competitive and product insight; feed market feedback to product priorities.


Ideal profile

  • 10+ years software/SaaS sales with consultative, complex deals; 5+ years selling into EMEA financial institutions.
  • 5+ years leading enterprise sales teams in fast-growth environments; consistent team over-achievement.
  • Strong relationships at C-level (CRO/COO/CTO/CMO/Heads of Distribution) and understanding of FS decision processes.
  • Familiarity with SaaS, content/cloud technologies; strong sales methodology and coaching capability.
  • Degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel as required
