Head of Sales & Planning – Catering & Venues


Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Location: Central London


We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Planning to join a leading catering group, driving commercial sales across three prestigious London venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to make their mark, develop strategic sales plans, and grow the sales pipeline through their extensive network.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans.
  • Design programmes to increase repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards.
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities.
  • Oversee training and development of the sales team.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.


About You:

  • Proven experience in selling and marketing London venues, ideally with a catering background.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Experience in financial reporting and planning.
  • Commercially driven with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.


What’s on Offer:
