Our client is a rapidly growing financial advisory firm with a national footprint of Insurance Advisors, Mortgage Advisors and Financial Advisors. As part of their next stage of growth, they are looking to recruit a National Sales Manager who will play a pivotal role in their growth The business currently has 80 Advisors managed by 8 Area Managers, with plans to double in size within next 12 – 24 months, plus continued growth thereafter. As National Sales Manager you will be the key conduit between their growing Advisor salesforce and the Directors of the business, with your focus on growth in revenue, productivity, headcount and referral partnerships. The salesforce consists of self-employed Advisors, as such it is important you have prior exposure to self-employment to be able to have empathy with the team, whether that is from firsthand experience as an Advisor or through prior management.
