About the Role
- Serve as the go-to expert on the company's performance solutions, equipping the sales team with strategic support for pitches, proposals, and client discussions.
- Champion the performance offering in the market, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to shape and execute the go-to-market strategy for performance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agencies and brand partners to drive adoption of our solutions.
- Provide consultative guidance to clients, ensuring campaigns are designed, executed, and optimised to deliver measurable results.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Insights, Account Management, and platform to create standout performance strategies and compelling case studies.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience in digital advertising, with a strong background in performance media.
- Deep understanding of the performance marketing ecosystem (KPIs, attribution, optimisation, bidding strategies, etc.).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders at agencies and brands, with strong presentation and communication skills.
- Track record of driving adoption and revenue growth for performance-driven solutions.
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into client-friendly, outcome-driven propositions.
