Ideally, you need to be able to visit the office in the first few months to get to know the business and your team, so someone prepared to travel to Dorset is a must. What You'll Be Driving Own the team's performance across all key KPIs - and push beyond them. Dive deep into sales data to uncover trends, opportunities, and strategic pivots.
