Sales Operations Manager - London

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Sales & Account Services team to support our commercial growth globally.

About the role
In this role, you will work closely with our Sales and Commercial Partnership teams, supporting them with reporting and data maintenance, interdepartmental relationships, and ad hoc projects that will give you a front-row seat to the growth of DICE.
You’ll be
- Providing data support for analysis/analytics of forecasting and pipeline data.
Assisting our commercial teams and their management as required.
Proactively identifying and making recommendations for process improvements and report automation, and assisting with implementation.
Providing consistent feedback on the Salesforce CRM process and ensuring it is properly maintained by field.
Promoting and driving pipeline hygiene consistently through the quarter, identifying gaps and working with stakeholders
You are

You need
- Excellent decision-making, analytical and problem-solving skills. Assessing the relative importance of activities and assignments, and adjusting priorities when appropriate.
The courage and confidence to challenge the status quo. Anticipates problems and mitigates risk.
Experience with Salesforce reporting and advanced Excel skills.
A track record of cross-functional collaboration and a strong team player
The ability to work effectively across internal functional teams and external vendor relationships.
Strong communication skills (Bilingual, French or Spanish speakers are desirable but not essential).
