Head of Sales & Planning – Catering & Venues

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 per annum (depending on experience) Location: Central London

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Planning to join a leading catering group, driving commercial sales across three prestigious London venues. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven professional to make their mark, develop strategic sales plans, and grow the sales pipeline through their extensive network.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans. Design programmes to increase repeat business and client loyalty. Ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards . Proactively generate new business opportunities. Oversee training and development of the sales team. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

About You: Proven experience in selling and marketing London venues, ideally with a catering background. Strong team management skills. Experience in financial reporting and planning. Commercially driven with a passion for hitting and exceeding targets.
